Engagement sessions are about making our couples feel comfortable in front of the camera. It’s also a great way for us to learn about our couples in preparation for the big day. Erica & Jessica are getting married next year on the upper west side of Manhattan so we thought it’d be fun to photograph their engagement session on the opposite side of the city, the West Village. We spent a sunny afternoon last week exploring the charm of the west village streets with our beautiful couple. E & J were naturals. Their love and emotion towards each other was so easy to capture and needed almost no guidance. We cannot wait to capture their union when they exchange rings next year!
